Emma's mum's house

So my friend Em, who lost her mum last October, has finally got to the stage where mum's house can be sold. Lots of hassle with her awful brother, which is a looong story, but anyway here it is. Went on on Thursday, sold yesterday! It is a lovely house, but wow that was quick!

Houses near where I live also sem tobe sold quickly.

Or at least the "SOLD" sign goes up. But thereis one in the Crescent where I live. The lady died at the beginning of the year and no "FOR SALE" sign hs been
displayed. There may be problems with probate as I understand a nephew is awkward.

The issues around inheritance certainly seem to bring out the worst in some, Cruiser!
