Morning Ally, morning everyone

Sunny and we are in a lovely day again, although wet stuff is forecast for the next week and it will be a lot colder too.

Safe journey Ria xx

We are off to the Algarve this morning, to spend some money :Hi: Iceland and C and A as well as Conforama, as we need a few light fitting and shade for the bathroom. I have been have been wanting a new one ever since we moved in, but had to wait for the bulb to go, as it is a really tricky fitting.

Back for lunch out somewhere :D

Have a good day everyone, whatever you-re doing xx

Good morning everybody,

It is 16C and cloudy but no rain. It may get warme as te sun is trying to come out

I went to seea friend at Lytham St Annes yesterday. . It is on the coast south of Blackpool. I managed to find my way on the old road round Preston. A new by-pass
has been built which adds several miles to the original journey. Does not reuce the time of travel, justtakes the traffic from the centre of Preston.

Today I am just pootling. Will goto Lidl. I want some bananas an other food.

Will also clean the car. It has got a bit dirty with all the travelling.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning all, it’s dull and looks like it could rain, not cold though. We’re not going to dance practice, taking a break from it at the moment - it’s a 35-40 minute drive depending on traffic, same back again, and the practice is supposed to be an hour but often a bit less by the time people finish chatting and changing their shoes. Then I’m always concerned about being back for Kellie, in case there is an accident on the M50 which would really delay us. I’m going to change the bed, and I think the last of the summer clothes are dry and ready to be put away. We’re vaguely talking about an independent train trip in Europe next year, so might spend some time looking at stuff about that, our recent trip really reminded us how much we like train travel.

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny 8-)

The show last night was great, but it was a bit surreal, I don't think I've been anywhere surrounded by so many elderly people before :o Obvious really because we're the age group that liked The Drifters so much, but tbh looking around it was a bit of a shock, it looked as though they'd emptied all the care homes in our area!! Ed felt the same and it made us giggle a bit as we never think of ourselves like that........wishful thinking methinks  It certainly didn't stop everyone enjoying themselves though, by the end of the show people were dancing in the aisle.

Popping into town in the next hour or so, need to pick up an order. We'll park up at Waitrose and do the hill walk and will probably pick up more bananas while we're there.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Afternoon all :)

Have a lovely relaxing day, Al xx

Oh your day sounds fun, Jan :) Hope you find a nice light fitting, I’ve seen one I like for the new conservatory, in Dunelm :) xx

Safe journey Ria xxx

Cruiser, glad you found your way xx

Another one here Osc, who loves train travel. That sounds like a fun trip to plan 8-) xx

Jen, it’s the young outlook that counts - I plan to do the same ;) xx

Saundra I quite fancy a river cruise  xx

It’s dull and grey here. Sitting in Tesco’s cafe with Mick at the moment having a quick cuppa after doing the food shop. No D with us today as she has the dentist. I have a pile of jeans and trousers to iron this afternoon, and more washing to get dry. Pilates tonight, but will take it steady as I’m still not 100% in myself since that cold/flu thing I’ve had. Feeling washed out.

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Good afternoon.
A nice day here, lots of sun. i need to trim the salix soon before we get frost.
We have been to Pontefract to do a bit of shopping. That M&S food hall has to be a little goldmine.
Just filled up with petrol - £1.27.9 per litre. After our chabcellor has finished with us I expect that will be the cheapest fill up for a while.
MrsC has gone to pick up Eliza from school now, i may go target shooting tonight.
Have a nice day everyone.
