Morning Ally, morning everyone

Proper autumnal morning. Misty, sunny, cool. 23C for us. In for a warm week at 25/26 :Hi:

Washing in and another load to go in. Found some jama's yesterday, after a mammoth search. Knew I had some, somewhere  They'e in the wash, ready for the hospital.

A good nights sleep for us both, last night. Molly got me up at 5.30 again, but she just wanted some food, then went back to sleep :D

I'll do the vacuuming and mopping I couldn't do yesterday. The battery ran out on the vacuum  Water the new trees, and that's my lot. dinner is cooked, just need to do the rice and naan breads.

Down the bar later. Some new bods in the area might pop in, after going to the market in Castro.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s a nice sunny autumn morning, the calm before Storm Ashley arrives tonight. We had a bit of a lie on but I feel tired  Lots of laundry to sort today, still working my way through the summer clothes while keeping up with the daily stuff. Going out for a meal this evening with Miss Osc and family plus my sister, a joint celebration of Edward’s and Kellie’s birthdays.

Morning all :D

Wet

Up and out early to do an M&S trolley dash, we needed quite a bit this week, but still managed to get in/out in quick time. Just had brekkie and enjoying the essential two mugs of strong coffee.

We are both being double jabbed at lunch time, covid and flu. No other plans, we'll have a nice easy afternoon. Looking forward to Strictly and The Voice this evening.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Morning all :)

I have the lurgy! Not covid as I took a test, but oh my goodness I do feel ill. Most likely flu? Not booked for my jab until next weekend  Woke in the night with a raw throat, cough, temperature, painful sinuses and heart racing like the clappers! Keeping my germs to myself by staying in, which is annoying as after weeks of rainy weather we have beautiful sunshine

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all, it’s sunny after a wet start.

I’m home alone. Joe’s just landed in Majorca, once they’ve checked into the hotel they’re all going for a run to acclimatise before tomorrow, and John’s on a site visit this weekend so has just left to go to Sunderland, he’ll be back tomorrow night.
I’m going over to Tom’s for dinner later, not sure what he’s cooking yet.

Oh no Kaz! Hope you’re soon feeling much better x

Have a good day all :)

Doing the rounds here too Kaz. Hope you feel better soon xx

Not having any jabs this year. Quite a few people are only having the flu jab. Heard too many reports about bad reactions this year, to the covid one.

Thanks both :)

I'll be having both jabs Jan, as will Mick. D is considered vulnerable, and as we've managed to keep her covid-free for the last four years I would feel terrible if I passed it on to her.

Good morning.
Grey and wet here today.
We are going out for an Italian meal at 1pm, looking forward to that.
Kaz, I hope it passes quickly. Jan, that's cats for you. Ally, I am properly jealous of your weather!
Enjoy your meal out Osc. Jo, if it's a choice betwen Sunderland and Majorca I know which I'd choose!
Hope the Jabs go OK Jen and you do what you feel is right for you, Saundra.
Have a good day everyone.
