Good morning Saturday

Postby Ally » 05 Oct 2024, 06:03

Good morning.

Sunny and forecast 32° so after my swim I'm going to be on my sunbed reading and relaxing after a hectic couple of days.

SCD movie week tonight and a Chinese takeaway. Bliss. :D

Have a great day.

Morning all, it’s another sunny one.

We’re wondering what we can do today. Don’t want to sit around the house but haven’t really got much idea of what to do or where to go, nothing takes our fancy.

Have a good day all :)

Good morning all...

I was up bright and early to get the Flu and Covid jabs and now, like Jo, I am wondering what to do.

It is wall to wall blue skies but only 9°C and a stiff cold breeze. The excitement of putting a load of washing on is a big draw at the moment then down to the Range or Dunelm for some new bedding.

Such a hectic life. :D :D :D

Have a good day each and every one of you. xxx

Morning all :D

Bright sunshine 8-)

We were up early so we could do our M&S trolley dash before the Saturday crowds descended. It works really well, worth setting the alarm. Just sitting down for brekkie.

Planning to get out in the garden for a good tidy up, did mean to do it a couple of days ago. It really needs doing, the palm leaves have made a carpet up the top and there are plenty strewn across the lawn. Think Ed also wants to have a go at pruning the big bush in the corner, he'll need his telescopic hedge strimmer for that.

No other plans, we'll both be cream crackered after that lot. Strictly tonight :D :D :D

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good afternoon.
Lovely blue skies here but not too warm.
We have been to fill the car up and go and get a 4ft led tube for the kitchen light; and failed again. This is the third trip to local shops so I've given up and ordered one off Amazon.
MrsC also dropped some clothes off at the charity shop and got some scones so we will now have a coffee break. :)
Have a nice day everyone.

Afternoon everyone :)

Sounds perfect, Ally :) xx

Hope you found something nice to do, Jo xx

Lovely to have new bedding, Frank :) xx

We once had a palm tree Jen, and those leaves are a nuisance! xx

Afternoon, Saundra :) xx

Glad you finally got your light sorted Crommers xx

It's been sunny here too. Put a wash on first thing, then we went to Corretto's for breakfast. Round to D's afterwards then home. Just had a late lunch and sorted my washing out. B has a hole in the pocket of her smart black trousers, so I'm going to sew that for her, and B is bathing Fraggle.

Love to all xxx
