Good morning Ally JanB and anybody else who is up.

It is only 15C this morning. Some blue sky and clouds. But no rain.

Going to Chorley. Must go to the bank for some more cash and to the Post Office to send a letter. Want to make sure it has the correct stamp on. It may be more
than a normal second class stamp.

Ally, you were up early.I had to look twice to make sure I had read it correctly

Have a good day everybody

Morning all, it is mostly cloudy out there. We’re at the airport, had some breakfast and now sitting at our gate listening to some Americans wittering on. The airport is amazingly quiet. Going to read our books until it’s time to board.

Afternoon all, it’s another sunny one although I think that’s it for sunshine after today.

I walked to town and back this morning so that was over 10000 steps and 4+ miles done.
The Tesco delivery has been and that’s all been put away, just waiting for an Amazon delivery now so me and Joe are sitting chatting, he’s booked today off. He’s off out with Jade later and she’s staying here tonight and tomorrow night.

John’s on a site visit at the Mini factory near Oxford, he left at 5.30am and was expecting a long day but has just phoned to say he’s finished measuring so is on his way home. He’s stopping at the services for something to eat and hopes to be back around 3.30. It’s pointless him going back to work, by the time he’d driven there it’d be close to their Friday 4.15 finish.

Sorry to see the sad news Al x

Have a good day all :)

Jo at first glance I thought that said state visit    xx

It’s a lovely bright day here. Been to SW after a three week break, it wasn’t as bad as I feared but bad enough   Had a cuppa in a local cafe afterwards with Em and a couple of other friends, which was nice. Not seeing D today as she’s visiting her friend who is home from rehab after her recent stroke.

Love to all xxx
