I knew I should have kept that Lambretta.

Oh goodness, they were so bad with their cream mainframes and pastel coloured side panels, which, even when chromed, still made them boring and dull. Well, they were when compared to the swarms of "Wasps" in their bright primary colours.

Mine was a 180 in electric blue with hints of yellow and white - the colours of Leeds.

Mine was white and green, but I did have handlebar tassels (a bit girly!) of white, blue and yellow.

Yeah a city two stroke never appealed to me. I always had 4 stroke and often rode them quite some distance. My longest is 800 miles on a 250 superdream.

But in the city they're going to come after all the oil burners.
