Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 01 Sep 2024, 05:21

Good morning.

A pleasant 33° forecast. 8-)

After a swim I'll be hanging around the pool or under a palm tree shading and reading.

Chicken and salad for dinner.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Cooler and quite cloudy again this morning, but it will warm up later.

A very long lunch yesterday, we got home at 7.30

A late start, but a lazy day, I think. Watering done and I've got to go to Steve's later, as he'll print off the train tickets for next week. I'll do the recycling on my way.

BBQ later and that's our lot.

How's Chris doing Kaz?

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning Ally & JanB and anybody else who is up.

It is only 18C with gery skies and windy. May wash the car and then just potter.

Have a good day everybody.

Neighbourhood watch is watching

Apparently, there was a light on at Chris and Lucy's place last night, when there shouldn't be, so I'll pop down on my way past. Then I'm off to Garvao, to collect yet more books :Hi: and then to Mick and Sheree's, to collect Jacquie's sunglasses.

Must have breakfast before I go ;)

Good morning.
I've been on holiday for a week; sorry for not posting but the cottage was in a valley and the wi-fi was weak.
Oddly, my phone battery seemed to expire quickly and take ages to charge up, too.
Anyway, it's a grey day here in W Yorks. A very quiet day today I think.
Sunday dinner on our own and a quiet afternoon watching sport on the tv.
Have a nice day everyone.

Missions accomplished :Hi:

No idea why there was a light showing, nothing this morning. Just been told it's a motion sensor light, sp probably a cat or something set it off.

But I had a lovely drive, through various hamlets, villages, avoiding the craters that consists some of our roads  with some stunning views :D

Afternoon everyone :)

Glad everyone seems to be ok :) xx

Jan, Chris feels fine now his heart rate is back to normal. He sees the cardiac bigwig on Wednesday so we’ll know more then - thank you for asking (((x)))

Ooh it’s suddenly gone dark and is pouring down here! Luckily it’s been dry up until now, we had breakfast out, then walked Fraggle round the water again, stopping to talk to friends a couple of times. Round to D’s after that, then home. We’ve had a SW curry for lunch as I CBA to cook

Love to all xx
