Morning Ally, morning everyone

Grey sky and not so warm.

Just waiting for daughter to ring, then we'll head off and do the watering.

Chriss' op went well yesterday and they're kicking her out today :o

Friends cancelled yesterday, so are coming today.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

Sounds great, Ally :) xx

Jan, that was quick! Hope she's ok xx

Off to the dentist again, this time to take an impression so the technician can mend my plate - part of the chrome hook that anchors it to my teeth has broken off! Honestly, I'm falling to bits this week :cute:  Then off to Tesco with D. My new iron came yesterday, so although I did some then there's still plenty to do, so that's my fun Thursday :cute: :P

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Good morning everybody.

It has been raining and is only 18C.

Have taken some clothes to one of the charity shops. Got there just as they were opening. Still another wardrobe to clear of my
wife's clothes. She had the ward robes in one bedroom and I had them in the other.
Then to have some embroidery put on a T-shirt.

Back home I will just be pootling.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning all, it’s mostly grey skies here. We’re off to dance practice in a while then back to do whatever comes to mind, I do need to go to the post office to take out money and buy some sterling. I may also ring our telephone company to renegotiate our bill as our contract period is up. Our last Thursday before Kellie goes back to school, although she will be here tomorrow for a little while. Don’t know where that summer went, it really flew by!

Morning all, it’s like Autumn here today.

No plans, just waiting for the postman to collect a parcel. I do like this new collection thing, certainly beats waiting in a queue in the post office.

Also waiting to hear from Tom to see how his GCSE students fared. He wasn’t optimistic about this year group!

Kaz, you know how to live!

Have a good day all :D

Morning all :D

Cloudy and windy, but the sun's trying to come out.

Gosh Jan, that waa quick, hope she's okay.

The temperature has definitely dropped this morning, we're down to 23C, the coolest it's been for ages. We've been very lucky with the weather the past few weeks, it's been hot and sunny, even better no daytime rain. Not so good this morning, we were up at silly o'clock to do the M&S shop. Just as we got back to the car it started to rain :o definitely not what the forecast predicted. We had also decided to pop into the big Tesco on our way back. Luckily I keep a plastic poncho in the glove box so decided to go for it. By the time I'd struggled into it and got to the entrance the rain stopped, I looked a right wally wandering around in a bright blue Hawaiin poncho  Sods law we haven't had another drop!!

Message from Zoe when we got home. Elijah's results are good, he got all the grades he needs for his first choice 6th form. They will hear tomorrow, she says it's touch and go, they have over 600 applicants. Keeping our fingers tightly crossed for him.

No other plans for today, intend to be extremely lazy.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good afternoon.
We have Eliza today.
We've been shopping and will go to soft play this afternoon.
Jen, fingers crossed for Elijah.
Early night tonight as I'm a bit tired; I haven't been sleeping well lately.
Have a good day all.
