They’ve had an offer of 10k under FAP, which they’re considering, but they’re getting quite a few viewings 8-) The couple who offered are going back for a second viewing ;)

That’s encouraging, fingers crossed for them.

We went for a drive around Burton On Trent the other Sunday, we keep looking on and seeing houses (not that moving is something we can do anytime soon) but don’t have a clue what the areas are like apart from where Tom lives and where my sister lives.

I keep looking on RM too, even though we're staying put for now

It becomes a bit of a hobby doesn’t it

We were driving to Tesco the other night and passed a house that was for sale, it was my friend’s aunt’s house when we were at secondary school and she’d go there for her lunch as it was just around the corner from school so I’d call for her on the way back….so being nosy I had to look on Rightmove to see what it was like inside now

I’m drawn to old houses though, even though after living in a new build I know how impractical they are, but John’s already out his foot down

Let's see if this one comes through.

A friend is selling as her husband died last week.

Lovely pools on both properties :) 750k sounds quite a lot, is that overpriced, do you think?

Sorry to hear that your friend lost her husband :(

The one for 750 is a business Kaz, so many brilliant reviews from the years they've been letting it out.

And the other one I think is a brilliant price and will soon go.

Yes, very sad and rather sudden.
