Have spent nearly an hour trying to upload photos.
I have managed to upload three photos into photobucket I want to post.
But I cant get them to the VV message board. I have tried following the instructions but the photos will not transfer.
If I start a new post on VV and type a few words do I leave it and then try to add the photos? If so, do I leave VV and go to Photobucket?
And how do I get back to VV to see that the photos have appeared in my message.?
I will get there eventually but it is most frustrating

Ok Cruiser, here we go:
You can have more than one site open at a time, you should have separate tabs along the top of your screen showing you what site/s you have open. On my pc there is first one tab, at the right side of it is a + sign, you click that and get another blank tab, ready to open another site.
So first have both VV and photobucket open.

Start your message on VV as usual, saying 'here's the photo' or somesuch, then go to the next line:
(like this).
Then go to photobucket, go to the picture you want and left-click on the link that is for message boards/forums. It will then be copied. Now go back onto VV where your message is still waiting. Right-click and choose 'paste and your picture will paste.
At the bottom of the box you type in, you have the option to 'preview' so choose that and you can see if your picture has appeared.
If all is ok then choose 'submit'.

By the way, you can edit or delete the post you already have on the photo board :)

You'll see I created a test post on the photo board. I also created a video of doing it.

I created a new account on photobucket, uploaded one of my images (via drag and drop  ), then as you can see I used it to create the post.

right click on this link and select to open in a new tab or window

When the google drive document opens, choose to download the file. When the download starts I suggest that you download it to the desktop and then run it. It is called photobucket.exe. You'll see the Green and silver square icon.

IE and Norton tried very hard to stop me from running this from the web, so downloading and running from there is probably best.

It is a live video of me creating the document.

Let me know if you have any issues with it....

Actually on this new version you can post pics without using photobucket or similar, you can do it straight from your pictures on your computer.

As you post, scroll down to the bottom of your reply box and click the little tab that says Upload Attachment. This will open a browse box which when clicked on will open your files. From here you can add pictures, as well as documents etc.

Brave, very brave....

What is the forum limit for uploads? I know it's in the config of the forum. It is quite easy to overload the web space available when uploading photo's....

I found Cruisers photo's from the URL in the slideshow link and posted them.....

Did anyone have a look at the video? Screen2EXE is very good for a free product.

Kaz I didn't mention it because that's when I've had the problem with sizes; although I've tried various methods it seems far simpler with photobucket, they come out the right size,
