When I was on massive steroids, that was my choice for lunch - which I don't normally eat - four fish cakes in butties

I love a bacon sandwich and agree that it has to be on white bread, my absolute favourite sandwich of all time though is bacon and mushroom.

I never put butter on the bread, I rely on the bacon fat

Bacon. Any bacon is perfect but some bacon is more perfect than others. Fried, microwaved, don't care, hot and cooked is key. However the air fryer does nice crisp bacon and I'm liking it.

I don't buy any butter other than salted so that's not an issue.

I'm on Mounjaro at the moment and easing my way into eating significantly less. Over the last week I've been eating some bacon butties with the bacon done in the air fryer.

11 days 6kg down. Still working on not eating very much. I'm not hungry exactly, more I can feel the stomach shrinking and it's not very comfortable. Now I'm home no bacon butties....
