The perfect bacon sandwich?

Some "spert" says it is toasted white bread with slightly salted butter and back bacon.

Well, that's not my perfect bacon butty. Mine is untoasted white bread with any sort of butter I find in the fridge but only for one slice, the other slice soaks up the offerings from the bacon, and that has to be middle cut bacon just going crisp.

I bet that every bacon butty eater has theirs as perfect without any input from some self-professed "expert".

Squishy white bread, very thin spread of whatever I've got in the fridge and three rashers of just crispy back bacon.

Or anything at all, depends on what I can get, just not the rubbish they sell in the local supermarkets.

This! Well-fried rashers verging on crispy and a bit of red ketchup for perfection.

Love fish finger or even a fish cake butty

When I was on massive steroids, that was my choice for lunch - which I don't normally eat - four fish cakes in butties
