Morning chumeroonies! We had rain in the night and it still looks grey now. The garden did need a bit of rain, so I don't mind, but I hope the sun comes out now.
We had a good tango lesson last night, with lots of laughs and some nice dances
We have my FiL coming today to stay until Monday, so just need to make his bed up and sort out a few things.

Oyy where's the sun gone?! A bit of rain overnight, not sure it was enough for the garden, but it'll manage. Still dull, we don't get the chance to get used to it being nice do we
Himself's not going out till later again, so I'm off into town for a while. There also seems to be a lot of h-word, how does that happen?

Rain overnight here, dry now but dull and overcast.

Yesterday's lunch out with mother was a great success. She was very happy and cheerful and enjoyed it very much

Today we're off to Lambourne to help sort through one of my aunts (she was married to one of mother's brothers) stuff. She went to live in a nursing home last November and the house needs to be sold to go towards her care fees. Her niece (on her side of the family) rang and asked if we'd like to have any of the old photo's as there are lots of our family over the years. She wasn't looking forward to going through it all and tbh the last time I visited my aunt the house was a tip so it's not going to be the nicest job in the world but hey ho..........

Morning all. Rain, rain and more rain here. It is horrible.

I have woken with teh most horrific sore throat and my ears feel full of cotton wool. I am at work today but will be going home at lunchtime to lie on the sofa and feel sorry for myself.

Govenors meeting this afternoon (it will be interesting to see how many turn up as I sent a really snotty email to them all on Friday and so far no one has given their apologies for this meeting) then home for dinner, soak in the bath and early night.

Afternoon all, it's a bit of a mix here today...dull one minute and quite bright the next, it's still quite warm though and the early showers seem to have stopped.

Joe's 13 today, I'm going to put one of his baby pictures on the picture board in a minute. I can't believe he's 13 already! We've bought him bits for his X Box and so far he's had £150 in cash from various other people so I can see me being very busy on Amazon over the next few days.
