Good Morning Sunday

Postby JanB » 04 Feb 2024, 08:37

Morning everyone

Sunny but a little chilly at the moment. Heavy dew, so everything very wet.

Off into Ourique this morning, to get money and diesel, we didn't make it yesterday

Back for breakfast then I really want to try and get some of the weeding done. They're taller than some of the plants

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Sunny and forecast 23°. 8-)

Taking Toni and Pete out for breakfast then they're going to head home.
We've had the most fantastic time with them...my ribs hurt from laughing so much.

I'll buy a rotisseried chicken when we're out because I'm planning on doing naff all today except lie on the sun lounger reading.

TV tonight.

Have a great day.

Good morning everybody.

It was 15C when i got up and went for the paper. Grey clouds everywhere but no rain. Have cleane the inside of the windows of the car. There
were streaks on the inside of the windscreen where I had used a cloth when it was cold to wipe the mist away.

One of the bulbs in my rear lights has gone. I will have to take it to a garage to have a new one fitted. There are no instuctions in the
handbook telling you what to do. Alsono easy access panel inside the boot. So it will be visit to the garage tomorrow morning.

Another day just pootling.
Have a good day everybody.

Good morning all.

It is cold, grey and damp - not nice.

Here's another with nothing to do except pootle.

At least Millionaire and Death in Paradise will give me something to watch this evening.

Have a good one everybody.

Morning all :)

We’re out having breakfast, round to see D shortly. Might walk Fraggle round the dock if the weather holds - it was a beautiful walk yesterday with the sun out, reflecting off the water and the boats 8-) I have a new SW recipe for a rhubarb and ginger crumble to try later, we’re having a chicken tray bake first :)

Becky is in her new house sit, near Melbourne, all good apparently- she got a lovely feedback report from Wallace and Moo’s mum :D

Love to all, hope everyone enjoys their Sunday :) xxx

Morning all, it’s pretty grey out there. Another lazy day beckons, didn’t get to bed until 1am, just can’t cope with late nights! Oddly enough I woke up just before 7am and could have got up then - but I resisted the temptation! I “might” do a little ironing later…… We had a good evening of dancing, and plenty of fun.

Good morning.
Grey wet and chilly here.
MrsC has taken Eliza off to her swimming lesson and will drop her off home afterwards.
I have the veggies to prep for dinner and that's about it.
May go for a paper in a while or to the garden centre. They have some cute little models of birds and they are reduced as well, always a bonus.
Have a good day everyone.
