You're absolutely right Kaz, bungalows are are at premium. Although there are whole areas of bungalows here, we still had a problem finding one. Houses with 3-4 bedrooms were a lot less money. Storage is a bit of a problem when you downsize, we made sure we added lots when we renovated.

Fingers crossed you get a lot of viewings when the photo's are on the site.

Feedback from yesterday - they really liked the location, and the updated bathrooms, but would like a larger kitchen diner. Fair enough, so would I :cute:

The details should be going online by the end of the week, and the EPC guy is coming tomorrow afternoon.

Kaz, remember my friend who wants a bungalow but lost the one they were hoping for?

They went to see another one, and were in a bidding war. Put in a sealed bid at the asking price expecting to be told not high enough. Nope the vendors have accepted a lower bid, as they really want it to go as a family home, but the agent expects them to be back as the offer they have accepted is part of a long chain. Seems mad to me especially as the one thing my friend didnt like about it was that it only has two bedrooms, so if family stay will be difficult.

This is it just so you can compare with what is about in your area

That is tricky, what will your friends do - keep looking?. :?

That's a very nice place, probably more expensive than around here.
