I’m amazed at the price, that house and huge garden would cost a whole lot more over here. Good luck with it all, it’s a very stressful process but hopefully it will be worth it. One piece of advice, let the estate agent do the viewings, I showed one person around our house when she turned up at the wrong time, and it wasn’t easy - make the estate agent earn their money.

Ally, I like the look of that house - maybe we should have a pinned House Move thread!
