Good morning.

According to our lovely weather forecaster, Mònica López, today will be broken sunshine and 18°.

The twins are coming over late morning to take us out for lunch. :cute:
Looking forward to hearing about their all expenses paid work do in Madrid.

No doubt lunch will be a lengthy affair. 8-)

Have a great day.

Goodmorning Ally and anybody else who is up.

It is only 12C with lots of grey clouds but no rain. Going to do some shopping. Want some bread and a few other things.

Then back home will do some housework. Can see some dust on window ledges and the carpets want thecleaner on them.

Am expecting a phone call from my son. He honed yesterday just as I was going out so we didn't tellytalk.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning everyone

Clouds and some sun today and 19C 8-)

So in the hope of more sun, I've got washing out  And more being done :D

Small amount of ironing this morning, then head out for more weeding. Now the strimming has been done, the flower beds look dreadful, more weed than flower

Down to our second home this afternoon, meeting friends. Not seen them for a couple of months, so a good catch-up is needed.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it looks pleasant enough out there, some blue sky although a bit mizzly looking out to sea. Edward is busy doing his regular Saturday thing of cooking veg for the freezer, and is also watching golf from Dubai - the benefits of open plan living! I’ll tidy around then head out to do some shopping. I got the ironing up to date yesterday in preparation for a busy few days ahead. Miss Osc is going to bring us to Edward’s brother’s funeral and cremation on Tuesday, so I don’t have to worry about driving.

Morning all.
A chilly, sunny morning here.
the child Eliza is a bit off colour and has been sick in the night so MrsC is off to help our daughter shortly.
I'll get a paper and get some money out.

Is anyone here with British Gas? They sent me a cheerful letter before Christmas saying that we were being moved to an on-line payment system but that I didn't have to do anything - which makes no sense at all to me.

I'm easily baffled these days!
Have a lovely day everyone.

Morning all :D

Cold brrrr

Enjoy lunch with the twins Ally.
Have a good shopping trip Cruiser and Osc.
Always nice to have a catch up Jan.
If you're already paying by DD I'm guess British Gas are just letting you know they won't be sending out paper bills from now on Crommers.

Glad we don't have to go out, it's definitely a stay in the warm day.

Hope you all have a good day, stay warm xx

Afternoon everyone :)

I had a great evening out with my friends, we found a new cocktail bar in the new Food Dock area of the Quays, then moved on to Portivo for something to eat. It was a lot of fun, but not so much fun when I struggled to get to sleep because of a nasty attack of acid reflux  Prosecco definitely doesn't agree with me   Finally got off at about 3am, so we were rather later than usual going out for our usual brunch this morning

We've just got home after spending a couple of hours round at D's, lots of pics of the new baby Jones to admire :D

Love to all :) xxx
