Morning Ally, morning everyone

Sunny but cold.

So cold, my laptop is taking ages this morning  and doing weird things too

Lovely night last night, always good to be with good friends.

Not sure what we'll be doing today. I'll be outside at some point, digging up the unwanted weeds and I'll spend an hour in the field, as long as my back lets me.

Meeting friends down at the bar later.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, bright and cold here and there was a touch of frost overnight. We were a bit late to bed due to watching the Late Late Toy Show when we got home from dancing, so slept on a little this morning. Plenty to do today, ironing, tidying, preparing the spare room and bathroom for my brother who is coming tomorrow for two nights. Edward is cooking veg for the freezer and has put a small ham in the slow cooker. Strictly tonight.

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny 8-)

Result, slept through till gone 7 this morning. Even managed to go back to sleep till 8.30. Having said that it took me ages to get to sleep last night. Probably because I had a little mishap yesterday evening, I lost my balance getting from the wheelchair into the armchair and went down on my bad foot. Trying to be positive today, hoping it hasn't caused a problem :(

The tree's up and when Ocado have been Ed's going to get the lights in. We don't usually turn them on before 1st Dec, but we'll probably have them on this evening, looking forward to that and Strictly should help to cheer me up today.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Afternoon everyone :)

Saundra, ((((((hugs)))))) xxx

Ally 23° sounds fab :) xx

Ooer Jan, what sort of weird things?  xx

Hope you get everything done, Osc :) xx

Jen, it must be so difficult :( xx

We had a really thick frost last night, the field was white and the car windscreen thick with it! We did brave the cold down to Corretto's, but luckily could sit inside in the warm, as Becky stayed home with Fraggle. She's having a clear out, and boxing stuff up before her travels - why do I get the feeling she's planning to stay out there longer than the planned year, but is trying to ease me into the idea gently...... :? :)

Mick wanted to wander round the Christmas market, so we did, the ice rink looks stunning this year :) Went to see D, and got home a couple of hours ago. It's been a very sunny, if freezing cold, day so I stripped our bed and got the bedding into the washer to take advantage of the solar panels. I also vacuumed, dusted, and cleaned the bedroom windows.

Becky has prepped dinner tonight for her and Mick, and frozen some for herself for another time. Not a big fan of pasta so I'm having a jacket spud with beans. I also need to put a chicken casserole in the slow cooker overnight, for dinner tomorrow.

Love to all xxx
