Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 19 Nov 2023, 06:36

Good morning.

Another warm sunny day forecast 26°. 8-)

Down to 13° at night so Don's at this very moment putting the duvet on the bed.

Off for a walk shortly. :D

A day reading. :cute:

Roast chicken and salad for dinner and TV tonight.

Have a great day.

Morning everyone

Misty again, but the sun will be out later and another warm day 8-)

Cooling down to single figures at night next week  Not looking forward to that.

Late start, couldn't be bothered to get up, so kept on dozing

After our cooked breakfast, Grumpy will be joining me down in the field, for an hours work. It's looking so much better and much easier for Jose Felipe, when he turns the field over, ready for planting.

Then a lazy afternoon and one of our favourite dinners.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s a dull one here but dry. We are having a lazy morning and Edward is watching golf from Dubai. We had a nice time in town yesterday, I got new dance shoes which was the main purpose of the trip. Edward was looking for a new belt which he got, and I bought a nice pair of leggings that look more like skinny trousers. We are going to Miss Osc’s for dinner to celebrate Michael’s birthday. I’ll hop in the shower in a while, might dismantle the jigsaw I finished last week and set up a new one.

Osc happy birthday to Michael.

Loved Strictly last night, don't always enjoy Blackpool, but it was brilliant.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Happy birthday to Michael Osc - as you may be aware, Lewis is also 14, will be 15 in March, and he's SO grown up!! Deep voice, face fuzz (not much but a little) and as he's dark, it shows.

Evening everyone :)

Happy birthday to Michael, Osc :) x x

Glad you had a better night, Jen :) xxx

Mick and I went to Corretto's for brunch, then a look around the Christmas market again. The ice rink is up, larger this year and they've put a roof on which is handy with all the rain we get :cute: Round to see D for a while after that, then home. Mick went to the gym, I didn't :P

Becky's friend H bought her baby round to see us - little N is 15 months now and into everything  I put a slow cooker casserole on last night, so that's for dinner :)

Love to all :) xxx

We're both bonkers, honestly.

A 67 year old and a 76 year old went down into the woods today and spent almost two hours, hacking and cutting rather large "weeds" up

I must admit, I ache a bit now and I did an hour more than Grumpy, but I did sit down a couple of times

But it all looks so much better. Not been done since not long after we moved here and it will be the last time I - or him - do it

Glugged down a couple of bottles of water - yes, really  then had a couple of beers, sat in the sun. Which got too hot, so sat in the shade.

Fire now lit, spuds in the oven, footie on later :D
