If anyone asks what's for dinner...

Postby Diflower » 04 May 2013, 16:03

It'll probably be chicken

Not tonight, we're having burgers - but I just bought a trayful of chicken legs at the market for a tenner, 22 of them  :D

For once there was plenty of room in the freezer, but I'd better not need to put anything else much in there for a while :D

I've just had some cheese and Ryvitas. Not sure when the others will be back.

Chicken it is.... grilled piri-piri chicken breast and a coleslaw type thing with cashews and mixed peel, plus a whole load of other salady stuff.

It was as well the car was only a short walk, they weighed 4.7kg  :D

We're having Morrisons yummy handmade steakburgers, with the usual salad plus whatever toppings everyone wants, I shall have mushrooms and maybe a bit of blue cheese, Bb has his eye on the last of the coleslaw, youngest will probably have his with just the lettuce etc. And chips :D And ketchup, mayo, Caesar dressing or jalapeno relish :D
Can you tell how much I'm looking forward to them :D
But first we have a date with The Doctor ;)

They sound yummy...I don't use Morrisons as much as I should, yet they do have some lovely things. I use it daily when we go to Bude though and we always seem to find something a bit different for dinner.
