We are, but we are not stupid enough to sit in the cold when we can wrap up warm and there is a fire to light.

Unlike some, err, suvverners.;)

We are hardy types up North.

I do not want to put the CH on. Have not changedthe duvet this year. Am warm in bed.

We might need the heating in autumn and winter, but on the plus side we don't need aircon in summer. OK, a few wimps do, but most of us are fine - it evens out.

I am wearing socks for the first time in months. :oops:
