Busy day, Ed has a physio appointment this morning. It was a bit late coming through, the referral from the RNOH requested he be seen within 3 weeks of leaving hospital, today it's 9wks!! Then this afternoon I'm back there, this time for my gynea check. It isn't due for another 2-3 weeks, but I rang and asked if it could be brought forward as I'm unlikely to be able to get there for some time after my op. The nurses are great, they fitted me in straight away. Not sure what we're doing between the two appointments, we might find somewhere nice for lunch.
Morning all, it’s pouring down here and very windy. We woke up to that so I’ve got a very depressed Bill because he’s not had his walk (even though he hates rain and had to be bribed to go out into the garden).
John left early as he’s gone to Gateshead for a meeting about a new contract that they’ve got at a plant there.
I was cursing Joe last night, he subscribed to Discovery+ so that he could have what used to be BT Sport and it was noticed that on one of the channels there are 26 seasons of Wheeler Dealers, with a 27th due to start next month. John loves that show and will happily watch repeats, I hate it with a passion
Morning all, it’s a brighter morning but for how long? I have optimistically put out a wash load on the line. Today I’ll get together some of the stuff for our weekend away, I also have some hand washing to do. Otherwise I’ll see where the day takes me.
It's really wet and blowy here, but not cold at all. I sweltered in my raincoat, but needed it to keep dry Met my friend J for a cuppa, picked up a couple of bits from the M&S foodhall, contemplated walking home for the exercise, but thought better of it and caught the bus home. Just as well as it's absolutely tipping down out there now
Mick has a dental appointment at 3, I might do some ironing but then again I might not
Zumba is on tonight, I really ought to go, but will see how I feel later
