Morning everyone

Lovely, sunny morning, with a little mist in the valleys and hazy Algarve hills :D :D

Off to Ourique this morning, to get my tootsies done. Will also get some compost for the turning circle, need to pay Hugo 's mum for the gas, then onto the supermarkets and chemist.

Grumpy has hurt his back - too much bending down and he forgets how old he is   - so I've given him the rest of the day off. Work resumes tomorrow, hopefully :D

Hope you've sorted out the kitchen Saundra xx

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning everybody.

It is raining and only 18C. Have been for the paper and not going out again today.
Yesterday when i went to the barbers, there was one having his hair cut and four waiting. So I waite nearly an hour before i had mine done.
The barber only cuts hair. Does not do any other treatments. Have been going to hime for many years. He only charges $5.00 for pensioners.
I give hime a good tip at Christmas.

Have a good day everybody.

That's a nice temperature Ally :D xx

Jan, I hope Grumpy's back eases up xx

Horrible weather here too Saundra  xx

That's a good price Cruiser xx

It's a bit stormy here, rain and winds, but we'll be out for breakfast then round to see D, as per. The walk around the water with Fraggle will depend on whether it stops raining or not

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all, it’s proper Autumnal here and I noticed the ferns in the woods are starting to turn golden today and there are quite a few leaves on the ground.

It’s not that cold but it’s now raining and very windy, the BBC forecast says it’ll be as much as 42mph this morning. Bill had a nice long walk before it got too bad though.

Waiting for Royal Mail to deliver a parcel for Joe, he’s ordered some snide football shirts from China. They’re usually the same quality apart from the price, £14 each rather than £110 each for the official ones. He only wants them for his collection, he doesn’t wear them, but he’s got them going back to when he was a toddler.

Have a good day all :D

Morning all, it’s dull and damp here and there is rain on the way. Nothing special planned today, Kellie is coming here after school as Miss Osc is taking Michael to the orthodontist. They will call here on the way home to collect Kellie, and there will be birthday cake :D I had a lovely lunch in town yesterday with my two school friends, and I got a candle on my dessert with three of the staff gathering to sing Happy Birthday, so that was nice. Washing in and out of the machine today, and a walk to the shops for some milk.

Morning all.
Blustery and showers this morning, but it's a warm wind.
We have been for a paper and mrsC will be baking some buns today.
Later on we are picking Eliza up from school.
Enjoy the walk Ally. Hope Grumpy's back gets better Jan. Osc, how nice it is that you are still in touch with school friends.
Have a great day everyone.

Morning all :D

Windy, showers and now sunshine, all in the last couple of hours :?

We're off to the cinema to see A Haunting in Venice at 2pm. It hasn't had the best reviews, but we liked Kenneth Branagh's first two Poirot films and it's got a good cast so we'll see.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Hello and good morning all

A rather blustery day here also... Did a load of washing this morning and have hung most of it on a clothes horse inside the bathroom, but one item needed to go onto the line outside because it's just too big - given the wind it should dry relatively quickly but there's an odd smattering of drizzle every so often; so only time will tell :D . Off in a bit to take a neighbour of Karl and Nadine's to the hospital for some appointments. Nadine was going to take him but they changed his appointment time which now clashes with Nadine's clinic so I offered to take him. Too late to order a Bustler Bus and if he were to go by public transport he'd have to catch something like three or four buses and take over 2 hours.

I need to pop into Pets at Home on my way back, but only if can actually get into the car park. Aldi have opened a new store and it's been mayhem on the roads surrounding the area.

Have a lovely day all. Osc, enjoy that birthday cake! x
