Good morning Friday

Morning all. The sun was blazing through our window this morning but seems to have disappeared now.

Pottering about at home for me today although I will probably pop down to my friends for coffee in an hour or so - I haven't seen her for ages, even though she only lives about 4 doors away!

Riding this afternoon then long soak in the bath this evening to get rid of the aches from my long session at the allotment yesterday.

Morning everyone

Sunny but hazy here at the moment.

I've just done a run and as I was bobbing along I thought one of the songs on my ipod had an extra 'shuffling' sound..till I realised there was a dog beside me keeping me company.

I figured I didn't know he was there in the first place so I'll pretend he's still not there.

I don't think he does killer hills as I went up ours and he stood at the bottom.

Enjoying a cuppa now.

I'm meeting a friend for lunch in Coronado's..it's a new place in town that does posh tapas.
That'll set me up for the day.

Debih gardening of any kind always seems to find hidden muscles doesn't it!

Gorgeous here, towels are in washing, h-word and stuff to do, youngest will be here from this evening so had best think about food too

Well this is one week/actually April, that I don't wan to repeat any time soon.
Wow wee.
I know it's been a tough day when come evening, my wrists feel like I've been at trapeze all day, my head to still ringing, my legs and feet are exhausted and even my bum muscles ache. All I've done all day is look after 2 very tired children!

Bright and sunny here

Mr.J ended up with 4 stitches yesterday, we were both surprised as it looked such a little lump of gristle. He's still a bit sore, but that's to be expected.

It's house tidying and washing for me today, getting ready for the invasion of grandsons tomorrow

Good morning all, it's rather quiet in here this morning, isn't it. Very dull here today with heavy rain forecast. Luckily my plans for the day won't take me out of the house - h/w and more h/w oh, and I need to defuzz my legs, so as you see a very exciting day ahead for me Have a good day everyone
