Titanic sub

I cannot for the life of me understand how anybody would want to pay that much money and risk there lives
Knowing it has no escape plan and even had no
safety check
And a bucket for a loo
More money than sense tragic as it is

It's a terrible thing altogether but not something I'd ever be interested in doing. :(

An experimental ship. This is what happens when you take 1 risk too far.

Still, compassion for the families and loved ones.

It has never been isued with a certificate by a government or proffesional body to confirm that it is safe to use at those depths.

Naval submarines which operate at much shallower depth have to have very strict tests.

Well it looks like they are all dead anyway.

What a tragic waste of life. All to go and gawp at a sad, watery graveyard.

I cant help but feel there's some strange symmetry here

This.

I was cautious at the discovery of the Titanic, especially the "recovery" of personal and valuable artefacts, which, to my mind, was the desecration of a graveyard.
