Morning Ally, morning everyone

Rather a grey sky earlier, but that's clearing, although it will be a cool day with the chance of showers this morning.

I'll stick the washing out anyway and hope we don't get any

Into Ourique this afternoon, to pay Nelson for the last lot of stuff he brought up and to hopefully get Grumpy something to wear on his feet. His last lot of sandals fell to bits and the only place he will go here is the Chinese. He thinks the normal shoe shops are too expensive, which they are. How the locals manage, I have no idea. Next time we're in the Algarve, we'll go into Sportzone and get him some there.

Pit stop at the bar on the way home, for a couple of beers.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s cloudier and cooler today.

Off for a walk around Stafford shortly, might stop for coffee somewhere. We usually go to Coffee#1 as dogs are allowed in but service has been terribly slow in there lately.

Had a good day out with Joe yesterday, we got on the M6 at jct13 and delays around jct15 were reported on the gantry so we got off at 14 and went the scenic route (apart from the short drive through Stoke, Stoke’s not scenic) until we got back on at 16 near Congleton. It didn’t make us any later. We witnessed an argument in the safe standing section next to us where a man wanted someone in front of him to sit down, he didn’t seem to understand that the whole point of that section is that you stand up.

Have a good day all :)

Morning all, it’s another sunny one and hopefully not as chilly as yesterday. I have towels ready to go out on the line and need to do some hand washing. Otherwise normal h/worky stuff, and hopefully some time sitting in the sun. I also want to pop up to the chemist and look at a handbag I saw there, they sell really nice bags that are not expensive, I went through my bags yesterday and sorted out a couple for the charity bag - two out, one in ;)

Jo, we were watching all the crowd scenes yesterday to see if we could spot you! Wasn’t it lovely seeing the little boys kicking the ball around the pitch, I really liked seeing the players with their children.

Morning all, the sun has just come out. :)

Our daughter has taken her family off to Whitby for the day. On a bank holiday! it will be rammed.
In a while we will do a quick shop and get some cash out of the atm.

Some time this afternoon we will be out for a coffee and maybe a bun if we feel wild and reckless.

Have a good day everyone.

Afternoon all :)

It's a dry day here, sunny now but started out dull and chilly. Out for brunch, then round to D's. We've been to B&M in the way home, we needed a new kitchen bin, some fabric softener and dishwasher tabs - much cheaper there than the supermarket 8-) Got my washing on now, it's so breezy it will probably be out and dried by this evening.

Love to all :) xxx

Weren’t they lovely Osc? They were getting huge cheers every time the ball went in the net :D
We’re in the stand that’s always on the right of the screen, just up from the corner flag at the top right  Joe quite fancied moving from there for next season but couldn’t find two seats together down the other end. I’m secretly glad though as it’s a nice little section where we are, we’ve made some lovely friends there.
