While surgeon says she can't
It's to hot in Tenerife plus she can't go in the sea in a pool it's a serious operation

If the surgeon says that she cannot "fly" with a pot on after the op that should be the end of it. She might need a letter stating that is the case as proof.

However, Jet2 will be thinking that all it means is that she cannot go in the sea or in the pool, which, they will claim is no excuse to cancel.
