It's Dia del Trabaco..so a holiday!

Mum and dad got home safely.

A lazy day for me then.

Morning all. Lovely and sunny but very chilly here.

I am carless at the moment after Micks van died a death yesterday. He should find out what is wrong with it later and I am half hoping that it is something fatal so he can get a new van. His current van only has two seats and it drives me mad as during the school holidays I drive the girls to my mums/his mums and then back through our village to get to work and then backwards and forwards again to collect them. He drives right past their houses for work most days but can't pick them up as he only has the two seats!

We can't afford a new van mind you so in that respect I hope it isn't fatal!

Work for me today and then meeting with the head later.

Good afternoon all!
Where is this year going?

It's a lovely day here - warm and sunny with hardly a cloud in the sky. Billy and I had a gorgeous walk this morning. I've been to the gym and also done some shopping. It's John's birthday today and I spent all of yesterday afternoon in the kitchen making various cakes and a couple of trays of brownies for him to take into work today. I was going to make him a cake today but I'm all baked out so have bought a lovely cheesecake instead
