Good morning.

Sunny and gorgeous and 26°. 8-)

Off for a walk to Guadalmar with Don and a quick Mercadona shop on the way home.

Need to look at train times and book tickets for when I'm over next month. :D

Have a great day.

Morning ally, morning everyone

Lovely sunrise and a very pleasant 25C.

Need to finish the watering, it got too dark last night, too quickly

We're off down to Faro for our first eye test. David and Rita are very kindly taking us, as we won't be able to drive for a while afterwards. Dinner out with them somewhere and it will be our treat, as a thank you.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning all, it’s sunny and a tad chilly, the common was frosty this morning when we walked.

Tom’s now off work for two weeks, I asked him on Saturday night if he had any plans and he said no, he was just going to take it as it comes. Yesterday morning he came into the kitchen with his laptop open while I was in there and said he was looking at going to Paris.
Long story short, he’s on his way to London now to catch a Eurostar later today
I do love and admire his impulsiveness

Joe and Amanda got back late last night, they’d had a weekend in Snowdonia with their friends Zak and Harriet. They walked up Snowdon yesterday and it’d taken much longer than when they’d (Joe and Amanda) hiked it before, we were actually getting worried because we knew they’d set out mid morning and at 7pm texts were undelivered and Instagram hadn’t been updated. It turns out that Harriet had struggled a bit and was in tears when they were halfway up, bless her.

No plans today apart from washing and drying the bedding, it’s quite breezy so it’ll dry well outside.

Hope all goes well Cruiser!

Thinking of Scarlett and you all today Saundra x

Have a good day all :D

Morning all, it’s sunny and cloudy here but quite breezy and chilly. For the first time this year, I have washing on the line, it’s nice seeing the towels blowing around. I’ll be going to the gym in a while but I want to make a batch of soup before I go. I’ll put on a wash too, then later on there will be ironing to be done.

Cruiser, I love the way you make sure to keep yourself active and busy. Saundra, children are very resilient, I remember when Michael broke his elbow years ago, he soon bounced back.

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny 8-)

Hope the eye tests go well Jan x
Well done Cruiser, hope the phone interview goes well.
Good luck to Scarlett, hope the hospital visit isn't too traumatic Saundra x

We tuned in to Greatest Hits this morning, Radio 2 isn't the same without Ken Bruce.

Lazy day for us, expecting a Tesco delivery later and that's about it.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good afternoon.
We have been to Pontefract to take some clothes to the charity shop and pay a cheque into the bank.
Very sunny here but not warm, the breeze is very chilly.
I hope Scarlett gets on OK at the hospital Saundra. Osc is right, children soon bounce back.
Have a good day all.

And we're back - 150€ lighter

We were told to expect drops in eyes, hence David doing the driving. Nada, just look into this, blink, don't blink and we were out before Grumpy's appointment time :Hi:

Taking Then out for dinner tonight, as a thank you and I've got washing on the line, second load, the first one went out beforewe went out.

Lovely and sunny, if a little hazy 8-)

Good to keep yourself occupied Cruiser, well done :Hi:

Glad Scarlett is feeling more herself Saundra xx
