altering time.

i have tried toalter the time but i cannot get it to show the correct time on my profile.
what am i doing wrong

Cruiser, login then go to User Control Panel and then to Board Preferences.

In Edit Global Preferences scroll to the bottom and at Summer Time/DST is in effect tick 'Yes' then hit the Submit button.

When you go back to the Board index on the third line you should now see... It is currently Mar 26th '23, and then the correct time. For me, as of now, this is 09:19

Unfortunately some old posts will still show as normal GMT until the board clock is updated, that might be what is throwing you.

I never bother on here and don't no how to do it on my house phone and my kindle does it automatically

WM Have still to do the clock in the car. It is onlytwo years old and would have thought they would have fitted one which is controlled by
a time signal.
May find another one which wants resetting Have got two which are radio controlled. This is apart from the TV recorder and PC

Ours fell off years ago It was a little thing, stuck one the dashboad and I guess the sticky stuff got less sticky

The clock on my car, 3 years old, requires you to switch the time zone daylight savings on and off at each clock change. I also have to change the time zone every time I head for Europe. That might be my fault as I faffed with it when it would not adjust for daylight savings. But it sucks anyway. Even with my phone connected it will not update the time. Seems it is done from the Satnav and the satnav doesn't have automatic DST changes.
