Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 26 Mar 2023, 05:49

Good morning.

Given we're forecast 28° I'm off for my walk very shortly. 8-)
There's a beautiful sunrise as I type.

More sunbed Suzy reading. (The fabulous Richard Coles. :P )

Roast chicken for dinner with lots of salad. :D

TV tonight.

Have a great day.

Safe travels home Kaz. X

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Another foggy start  and another 25C for us with double digit for tonight

Not sure what we'll be doing today, I have to ring Mitchell later - he was very down yesterday as it was the one year anniversary of one of his daughter's death.

Need to sort the pool out, a slight green tinge is not an attractive look

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

Currently waiting for our transfer bus to the airport, our flight is 2.30 Cyprus time, 12.30 UK. Should be back in Gloucester by about 9ish :)

Don’t forget to alter your time settings everyone - if you need help I will do it after I get home, when I will also alter the board clock. I find my phone very fiddly, would rather do it on my tablet ;)

We’ve had a lovely relaxing week, the sun is blazing down here today, making it very hard to leave! 8-)

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all, it’s raining and cooler than of late.

No plans today. Just waiting for Joe and Amanda to get back from Wolverhampton, they’ve just run the Wolverhampton 10k. Shame the medal is in Wolves colours

Chicken pie and veg for dinner and I’m going to make a chocolate, flaky pastry and cream concoction for pudding. It’s rare that we have pudding but I remembered making that a couple of years ago and it went down well.

Have a good day all, and safe travels to Kaz and Mick x

Morning all :D

Wet

Safe flight home Kaz.

We're running late, only just had brekkie, just as well we hadn't planned to do much  Roast chicken with veg for dinner this evening. Didn't get up in time to make jelly and blancmange so it will be ice cream for pud.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good afternoon.
A chilly one too. We have been out for Sunday dinner, come back and watched the MotoGP and are now slumped in the house.
Bit of a NALGO day (Not A Lot Going On).
Have a good one everybody.

Thanks all :) Not a great flight - we hit headwinds that added around 45 minutes to the flight, making it 5 hours in the air, and lots of turbulence :? Still we're home now, have been for about an hour :) We collected B and Fraggle on the way - Fraggle went bananas when he saw us :D :D

Bed now - we're absolutely bushed as our body clocks are way out of sync, thanks to the time difference + the clocks changing
