Merry morning Ally and everyone

enjoy the lazy home day. I've got my friend coming over for lunch; will be nice to catch up - haven't seen her since her birthday in December. So busy cleaning in between checking emails and will get lunch on the go around 12'ish; and picking her up at 12.30

weather is rather iffy today - can't make up it's mind if it wants to be sunny, overcast or rainy. But at least the wind has died down.

have a lovely day all x

Good morning everybody,
A bright sunny day and the wind has stopped. Will be going to the bank to pay a cheque in which arrived yesterday.
Then will be doing some ironing. and planting some sunflower seeds which I have bought. If only a few germinate I will be satisfied.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning everyone

Sunny but cool at the moment.

I honestly thought the sun had come up a lot earlier than normal. Turns out the battery on my clock was on a go slow

A small amount of ironing to get through this morning and we have our conversation later on.

Inbetween, not sure. Grumpy would "like" to get the strimming done. I'd love to help but have been banned

Enjoy your lunch Ria x

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

I hope your seeds take, Cruiser xx

Jan, that's funny  ;) xx

It's stopped raining here - always a bonus  Going out for brekkie and a walk with M and Fraggle, then we'll have lunch with D. I need to finish the holiday ironing this afternoon, but won't be packing until Friday.

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all, sun and cloud here and a bit breezy. Our day started off nicely with Kellie’s entire class standing across the road and waving at us  It looked like they were doing a treasure hunt. All those lovely happy little 8 year old faces, heartwarming. Edward has gone to play golf and after I have tidied around, I will go to the chemist and order my prescriptions, walk to the harbour to buy fish, then back to the chemist to collect said prescriptions. I’ll do some ironing this afternoon.

Morning all :D

Wet

Hoping the rain stops as we're planning on a quick trip to the small Tesco for fresh veg and bananas. We'll also look for some eggs as they were listed out of stock when I did my order. Don't suppose any of you watched The Last of Us, it was the series final yesterday. We'd kept last weeks so we could watch them together, brilliant, can't wait for the next series.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good afternoon.
Me and MrsC have been to B&M this morning.
It's a chilly wind out there.
Last night there were two flashes in the sky about 7.30pm. Big, reddy/green flashes, most unusual. We thought maybe lightening but it was an electrical transformer failing a couple of miles away. Some properties had a power cut.
Our son is coming round tonigh, it's always nice to see him.

Jen, we have started watching episodes of "Crown Court" from the 70's on talking pictures TV! It's addictive!

Have a good day all.
