Night attire

Postby cromwell » 08 Mar 2023, 13:33

I know this is a very personal issue but - is there anyone else on VV who will own up to wearing...

Bedsocks???

Not bedsocks, as such, but I do wear some thick woollen ankle socks in winter.

I do not have the heating on in the bedroom and the transom is always cracked open as I cannot get to sleep if the room is hot. However, I do need 'layers' (vest, jim-jams) once in bed.

I don't actually wear anything in bed.

Although if it is really, really cold, I'll keep my t-shirt on.

But bedsocks? Nope

Circulation problems mean that I shouldn't wear bedsocks, even if I wanted to. A hot water bottle has to suffice .....

No, but I do have a plug-in heated pad for my back. God, it’s sheer bliss :D

Like Jan, I don't wear anything in bed, but I do have a big cuddly bed warmer.

Yes, I wear socks most nights, although generally I kick them off during the night. I buy them in Primark or M&S. I have poor circulation so I sometimes even need them in summer.
