Been out all day - first to my SW meeting, then brunch out with Mick and then round to see D. Had a brilliant evening with the Pilates girls last night - chilli, Prosecco and laughs It made getting up early for my 9am meeting a bit harder than usual, but I got off lightly on the scales, considering
