Good morning Monday

Postby Ally » 13 Feb 2023, 06:59

Good morning.

Sunny and forecast 19°. 8-)

A walk shortly. :)

I checked in online yesterday for my Bordeaux flights when I suddenly realised I haven't booked a flight back yet for August from the UK.
So I'll be doing that later.

Also need to look at trains to Madrid as Gez and Sharon will be there mid March and want us to join them for a couple of nights. Cue booking.com for hotels.

TV tonight.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Sunny :Hi: :Hi: 18C for us, at last.

Wash day, so as soon as the cat decides to get up off our bed, I can wash the sheets

Might have a stroll around the garden, see what has been affected by the frosts and we can take off the fleeces today too. Not going below 6C from now on.

BBQ later and I'll be doing a sort of stir fry with the veg I have left over, as well as a potato dish.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s fairly dull here but at least it is dry. I was up a little bit early as the car was being collected at 8.30 to have the timing belt replaced. Edward has gone to play golf and I will be going to the gym in a while. Otherwise, it’s housework all the way today. I also want to book tickets for the museum where we are bringing Michael and Kellie on Wednesday. It’s a museum about emigration https://epicchq.com/visit/ - we’ve been there before and it is really interesting with lots of interactive stuff for children. Right, better get moving.

Morning! :)

I like using Booking.com too Al, they gave me £70 off my last booking through them as I’d used them so often  xx

Don’t put Molly through with the sheets, Jan ;) :D xx

Morning Cruiser :) xx

Osc, that museum sounds interesting :) xx

Hope the sun comes out Vic xx

In M&S waiting for Em, I’m early again  Just been on the sunbed, hoping it helps my psoriasis before we go away next month. Might do some planting later this afternoon as Spring is definitely in the air here!

Love to all xxx

Hello all

A glorious sunny start to the week here. Had a 9am dentist appointment - having an old crown replaced so today was the first appointment and then back in 2 weeks for the final one. Will be glad once it's done. Currently sitting at Karl and Nadine's and working from here - will be helping Nadine with typing up some uni course work. Need to get to Halfords as well to have my car headlight bulbs replaced - have an error code come up and it's a pet hate of mine when people drive with faulty lights so I don't want to be one of them :D

Have a lovely day all x

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny 8-)

We were very rudely woken up by the house phone at 9am, no idea who it was, didn't recognise the number so can't have been important. Was wide awake so decided to have a pamper session, popped a face mask on, walking around like a ghostly apparition now  Expecting a Tesco delivery later this afternoon and that's about it.

Hope you all have a good day xx
