Have been informed that the Government is to refurbish the immigration centre that was closed in 2014 ready to move in 600 illegals that are awaiting deportation .

It will have the best possible refurb
And every modern gadget known to man

It’s hotels here Vic, three in the town and one in a village 3 miles away.
One Holiday Inn, an OYO and two independents.

The ‘guests’ are causing a lot of problems.

There's an Ibis hotel very near to us, on a main roundabout, that's now being used to house asylum seekers. I have never seen any of them, or heard of any problems.

Fingers crossed it stays that way Kaz.

Serco failed to get permission to use the former university halls of residence in Stafford to house around 500 asylum seekers last year but they’re now appealing that.

We have a hotel round the corner that houses asylum seekers. Like Kaz we have had no trouble. Our local WhatsApp group helps them with toys, clothes and occasionally transport and they are very grateful. They also do a sort of mums and tots with them so they can meet local mums and children
