Our last 3 months' worth of bills - both standard tariffs - are electricity £116, gas £417.
The actual
rate of our gas consumption - units per day - has certainly been higher this winter than last .....
This week, as it's been sunny, we've been heating the main room of the house during the daytime with a Dimplex electric oil heater, run off the solar panels, for free. If we use it any other time, it absolutely eats electricity!
I'm hoping we'll see the gas bill start to fall from around mid-March, Crommers, down to virtually nothing in the summer.
