Still no rain, but we've lit one fire and have the heaters on and I'm wrapped in a fleece and one of my long cardis

I’m late to the party today, lots of posts already so will just send a wave and “hi” to all xxx

It’s another very sunny but very cold day here - thick frost on the car this morning Have been out all day since early on - met my friend J for a cuppa, and then met Mick up at D’s for lunch. Came home via The Range as they have an Iceland section there, with SlimmingWorld food. Not going to Zumba as my back and hip are playing up, in fact I’ve made a GP appointment for next week about it.
