Going for a bike ride to Guadalmar this morning with the Spanish Bradley Wiggins.

There's a lovely trail with points to stop off at to watch the birds. I'll be wearing a twin-set next.

A lovlely productive weekend here hence not online - I now have a lounge back; furniture is now back where it should be and I'm absolutely loving the space, removing the wall worked out better than I hoped so I'm really pleased. A few final touches still but nothing that requires more dirt, moving furniture etc.

Today is a usual work from home day so a perfect mix of work and pootle. It's a nippy start to the day - minus temperatures last night and again tonight but the skies for now are a hazy blue with the sun trying to break through. Ran a load of washing overnight so will get that outside shortly to dry.

I is cold . There is a lovely blue sky but still frost on the cars. Put the cover on the windscreen last night so I did not have to de-frost it before
I went for the paper.
Ria, when i had my new kitchen installed, I had to keepgoing upstairs to fill the kettle to make cups of tea. But it has been worth it.

Going to the bank. May open an account which is now paying 5% interest. Then back home just pootling.
Ally, if youy got a tandem, I would go on the back!! Long time since I rode a bike.

Another frosty start but the sun is out and we're expecting another warm day Fed up with this frost now, some of my plants will not recover

Washing out and it should dry this morning, rather than all day

Will stroll down the drive later to give David their post. They don't have a post box and the postie always puts their letters in our post box, rather than prat next doors.

Wise move Cruiser, being on a tandem means you sit at the back and I've seen a lot of them over here, with their feet up, letting the one in front do all the hard work

Morning all, cloud and hazy sun here. We have a new bank holiday today and we are going dancing this afternoon. Otherwise just pottering around this morning. Wasn’t Happy Valley just fantastic last night! I loved that you couldn’t binge watch it but had to wait from week to week. Every single actor and the writer all deserve every award going.
