We're going for a day of retail therapy.

Over to Miramar where there's a huge mall with a great selection of shops and eateries.

I want some more skinnies from Primark. I was on C&A's website and spied a gorgeous chocolate brown cable knitted cardi that I must have and Don's got a list too.

We'll have lunch there then head over to Iceland for more goodies.

Footy tonight for Don whilst I'll continue reading the hilarious Bridget Jones diary.

Good morning again.
Managed to scrap the snow off the car and have been for the paper. It looks as if it is getting misty. The main roads are clear it is the side roads which are still icy.

Not a day for going out. I have enough food to last me today. Got the CH on full blast.

No throwing snowballs!!

Good morning!

We haven’t got Cruiser’s snow, we’ve got Ally’s sun but without the warmth It’s very frosty, the mud on the common is frozen solid which, believe me, is a treat! This morning’s walk was lovely, the sky was full of stars.

Tom’s gone to work and Joe’s just left for college. He’s taken his running stuff so he can go for a run near Stafford when he finishes. He’ll then come back for a shower and then he’s off to Amanda’s so it’ll just be me and Tom for dinner, think we’ll have pie and mash.

Grey, wet and windy here

Not a day for getting up early, although Molly wanted breakfast at 5.45, so I just dozed after that, then we had coffee in bed

Not a lot going on today, can't go outside, although wood for the fire will have to be brought in.

Then heading into Ourique for 5.30, to have our hour of conversation. Couple of beers there then home to pork stew

Good morning everyone

No snow here in the South East, but same as Jo, very frosty and icy.....

Day 2 for the plasterer; yesterday was boxing in and levelling walls (as much as they can, this place really should be called Wonky Place, don't think there's a single straight wall ). Today will be final boxing in of one small section and the final layer of plastering (and then I will need to clean / dust).

I've got tomorrow and Thursday in the office and Friday at home so the cleaning may need to wait until then, depending on what time the guys finish today

A trip to Sainsburys for some veg for the chickens but that's all that I have planned for the day

Good morning to you all.

It is bright and clear here and the sun has already burnt the frost away.

I went to bed early after yesterday's hospital visit (see the Health board) so am a bit lost for things to do. Washing, nah. Cleaning, another nah. A walk and some reading, maybe.

However, the heating needs to go on as it is still -2 °C outside and with a srong westerly it feels like -8 °C.

Keep warm, except Ally, and be careful on those frozen paths.

Morning all, it’s sunny here but extremely frosty here, no snow thank goodness. Very heavy frost overnight, roofs and cars all white. Today we’re going to choose photos from Saturday’s photoshoot, it will be interesting to see how they turned out. Otherwise, I’ve to go to the chemist for a prescription but nothing else planned. Edward has no golf due to the frost, and he is busy looking at webcams of various areas in the part of Austria we will be going to - so far there is no snow in the valley where we will be staying, but we hope to go up in ski lifts and do some walking.
