Morning Ally, Cruiser and everyone

Grey although not too cold at the moment, Looks like we're in for a cold and grey week.

Washing out, in the hope it won't rain  and will dry. I've pinned up Grumpy's new trousers and will sew them up later.

We have found that we just don't eat as much now and that pork loin was huge, last night. So will fry up what's left, with the potatoes we didn't eat, for breakfast. Need to take out something from the freezer for tomorrow night, as we'll be back late.

Been looking at apartments for a quick break, down in either Tavira or Fuzeta. Think it will be Fuzeta, much cheaper.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s bright and sunny here but very cold. I’ll be going to the gym later this morning. The golf course is closed due to frost, with another inspection at 10.30 so I’m not sure if Edward is going to head there or not. Ironing awaits me later, can’t wait

Morning all! It’s cold, grey and breezy.

Bill had an early walk, I was glad to get home to the warm house. John left earlier to drive to Kent to get the train to France for work for a few days, he’ll be back on Thursday. Flying wasn’t an option because there’s no airport near to where he has to go plus he needs to take his heavy yet delicate and very very expensive 3D laser thingummijig.

Have a good day all :D

Hello all and happy Monday

I've got the plasterer here today - boxing in the bits that need boxing in, putting plaster board where it's needed and then tomorrow he'll be back to do the actual plastering. Once that's done Karl will hopefully find the time to get the flooring back down. So for today I'm working with laptop only (no 2nd screen) whilst sitting on my bed - not the most comfy, but hey ho - at least it's warm :D

I'll need to put a few extra layers on the roof of the chicken coop for tonight and top up and switch on the heated water bowl - looks like it's going to be a nippy night tonight. The cats will be pleased to have their heat pads :D

Have a lovely day all x

Good afternoon.
Grey and cold here. We have had some snow flurries but it hasn't settled.
I am suffering from a stabbing pain in the wallet having had to put three new tyres on the car.
MrsC is at our sons doing a bit of cleaning.
Have a good day everyone, keep warm.

Morning all :D

Wet and blowing a gale

Hope you find something nice Jan, always nice to have a break to look forward to.
Good luck with the plastering Ria, you'll be glad to have it all done.
Ouch Crommers, I feel your pain, 3 new tyres aren't cheap.

The temperature here has definitely dropped, the thermostat in the hall was registering 17 when I got up and turned the heating on. It felt positively arctic, luckily this house doesn't take long to warm up. No need to go out today, we'll have left over chicken with bubble and squeak for dinner later. Fingers crossed it's a lot nicer out there tomorrow.

Hope you all have a good day xx
