Morning Ally, morning everyone

Another wet day, but surprisingly mild and last night too.

And so another day of reading, watching rubbish on tv and generally being a complete lazy bones

I'll dismantle the chicken carcasses this morning and clean up the kitchen floor properly. The meat tray fell on the floor, as I was dishing up yesterday   Did what we could, but dinner was getting cold and then did what we could afterwards. I'll get the mop - wasn't going to go out in the rain last night - and do it later.

Apart from that, nada.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s sunny and crisp here today. I have lots on my list for today - ironing, clean downstairs bathroom, make soup. I’m also going to the gym at 11.30, first time in almost a month so that won’t be fun! Edward is going to play golf in a while. Miss Osc wants to borrow the car later, just waiting to hear when she needs it.

Good morning everybody.

Some blue sky after rain in the night. Have been out for some shopping. Then having a lazy day.
A large van has arrived next door and a cement mixer and ladder has been unloaded. So more work is being done with noise.
MUst have spent about £100,000 on alterations including at least 15 skips as well as £170,000 on purchasing the property. Will never get the money
back if they evertry to sell it.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning all :D

Dull and overcast, but the sun's trying to come through.

I'm in hibernation mode, had another nice lie in, every winter I think I should be a tortoise  Very little happening here today, expecting a Tesco delivery later this afternoon and that's about it.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Just sat down

Got a little carried away  The sun came out, so I vacuumed the floors, then mopped, then the heavens opened  but I've swept both terraces, done the prep for dinner, stripped the chickens - we now have a very happy, stuffed cat  as she had all the rubbishy bits - did two loads of washing, as the sky was gorgeous earlier  and now going to have a hot chocolate and a couple of almond biscuits. They're very thin ;)

Afternoon all, it’s been a sunny day apart from a downpour which surprised and soaked me and Bill at 7am

I went for a 3 mile run/walk after drying Bill off after his walk, it’d brightened up by then. I hadn’t been for ages and I’m feeling it now. I’ve not helped myself by digging out some old and very stubborn shrubs this afternoon. I’ve then dug the borders over.

Joe’s just gone for a physio check up and the he’s taking Amanda to look at a car. She’s not passed her test yet but has restarted lessons, she failed twice before she started university and then left it for the three years that she was away. She lives in a village about 8 miles NW of Stafford so needs a car.

We saw A Man Called Otto last night at the Odeon, we both really enjoyed it.

Have a good evening all :)
