As an aircraft spanner wanker I used to watch my RH mates struggling when all I had to do was go in LH and job done.

In times gone by many things were made for right-handers - carving knives, scissors, bread knives, irons with the lead coming out on the right side so that when a left-hander used them it got caught under the ironing board. We adapted. And don't forget those new fangled 1950s can opener things - RH users only.... except for contortionists.

Cars must feel strange for right-handers as most things - handbrake, gears, indicators, radio etc. - are operated by the left hand; the right is only for steering and opening the door. :?
