Morning Ally, morning everyone

Beautiful morning, lovely out in the sun 8-)

Washing out, as this is the last dry day for a few more days.

Cleaning the floors this morning, then heading outside. I moved a few bulbs yesterday, inbetween the showers  and I'll move a few more and also get rid of more oxalis.

Grumpy will be cutting up the branches from the now rather shorn fig tree and finding somewhere to put it all.

Lots of footie today :Hi:

Last of the stew for me and chilli for Grumpy.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning (just!).

The sun is out, it's a lovely crisp day, but still a very deep frost on the lawn from overnight.

I've seen reports it's snowing heavily in the Liverpool / mid-Cheshire area, Cruiser.

No live footie for Ossie today, all matches in the area have been called off due to the freezing conditions.
With the honourable exception of Witheridge FC in Devon - their match has been called off because they've found they've got a broken-down helicopter on the pitch!

Morning all......almost

No Strictly tonight, it's had to make way for the football  E doesn't bother with most of the matches, but he does like to watch England so I'll be a kind long suffering wife this evening, where's the halo smiley when you need it :o I do remember watching and being excited when we won back in 1966, but that was when it was about the football, not all about the money, the gloss wore off for me years ago!!

Bed change day so more washing, not much else happening.

Good afternoon.
Coldest night of the winter so far, it was very frosty this morning.
I've been to the newsagents and tonight we are going out for a Christmas meal but tbh I'm not looking forward to it at all. I'd rather stay in when it's like this.
Have a good day all.

Ossie - a broken down helicopter?!

Afternoon all. Brrrrrrrr

Had a very frosty walk with Bill on Hednesford Hills first thing. We had sausage and egg sandwiches for lunch and we’ve only moved off the sofas this afternoon to make hot drinks

Tom’s just left, it’s the staff Christmas party tonight at school and he’s booked a room at a Travelodge in Burton on Trent for afterwards. Seeing as it’s just the two of us we’re going to push the boat out and have a chippy tea :D

We’re picking Joe and Amanda up from New St at 11, chances are the last train will be cancelled or terminate earlier down the line than it should do (both as per usual) so we might as well just go and get them anyway.

Afternoon everyone :)

It's been such a thick frost here, that's stayed all day, that we might as well have had snow! We went out to Portivo Lounge for brekkie, as it was far too cold for sitting outside Corretto's! Found to D's for a little while afterwards, then home to put up the free :D It looks nice and festive here now :D

Love to all :) xxx
