Good morning Ally and anybody else who is up.

Had put a cover onthe windscreen but had to defrost the other windows before going for the paper. Will be going to town later. A van which sells fish comes
on a Tuesday and Friday. I get a tub of roll mop herrings and some other fish. There are always several customers waiting to b served.

Back home I will be keeping warm doing housework.
Have a good day everybody

Good morning all, it’s another bright and frosty one :D

I walked Bill first thing while John dropped Joe and Amanda at New St for an early train to London. Bless them, they’ve been together for four years this coming week so are celebrating in style with dinner at The Shard tonight. They’re off to Winter Wonderland tomorrow.

The Tesco delivery is due between 11 and 12, then we’ll have to take my Dad’s shopping and I’ll need to run into Tesco for beef gravy granules that are apparently out of stock and haven’t been substituted, even though there are plenty of choices available for a sub according to the app.

John’s out tonight for his work Christmas meal.

Al, enjoy your walk. Haven’t been to Sherwood since the lads were little :)

Have a good day all :D

Morning all :)

Enjoy your forest walk, Al, sounds great :) xx

Nice to get such fresh fish, Cruiser :) xx

Stew sounds nice Jan, think I will get my slow cooker out again this weekend :) xx

Jo, I hope Joe and A really enjoy their celebrations :) xx

It’s very frosty here again, we’re out having brunch. No particular plans for the rest of the day, although we’re round at D’s later, and will take her for a routine hossie appointment later. It’s at teatime so it will be dark by then and the car park there is dodgy in the dark.

Have a good day everyone xxx

Good morning all, we’re at the airport and the flight is delayed by about 40 minutes, but if it goes then we should still be on time to catch our train to Southampton. It took about 10 minutes to de-ice the car this morning but travel to the airport was ok as I went on main roads rather than the back roads I usually use. I really dislike this part of getting to Southampton  Hopefully the rest of the journey will go fairly smoothly.

Morning all :)

Dull and overcast

Hope you get to Southampton without too much hassle Osc.

Busy day for us, washing and shopping, could be interesting. We'll leave the bed change till tomorrow.

Hope you all have a good day xx
