Morning Ally, morning everyone

Sunny and not that warm and we are forecast rain. 22C, hopefully.

Been awake for hours again and now the internet is deadly slow, so having a read inbetween trying different sites

Small pile of ironing to get through later and then a quiet day 8-)

Thinking of Jo and family xx

Have a great time Kaz :Hi:

Enjoy your day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning! :D

Ally, hope you enjoy the bike ride :D xx

Have a good quiet day, Jan :) xx

Thinking of Jo and family xxx

Rain forecast here, but no bother really as I'm packing this morning, then we're leaving at lunchtime. Lunch somewhere en route, it's only about an hour to Stratford and check-in isn't until 4PM 8-) A nice dinner included in our deal, for tonight, breakfast both mornings - I do enjoy a hotel breakfast  Tomorrow we have tickets for Warwick Castle, I got them free via the pounds earned on Booking.com 8-) Bargain! 8-)

Have a good day everyone xxx

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny, but rain's forecast.

Up at silly o'clock again, at least it's the right day this time

We'll pop into town afterwards, the paper man delivered a Mirror instead of my usual Mail  Also need some veg so will get that while we're there.

Hope you all have a good day xx

|Good morning everybody,
Jen, if you lived closer I would deliver your DM. I already do it for a lady at the top of the crescent.
I was a bit later this morning as I went for a blood test. I was the first one in at 7.30 a.m. It is by appointment only unless it is an urgent request from a GP.

Since breakfast I have been for some wood as I am making a stand for the new Christmas tree I have bought. It is too big to put on the window ledge.
This afternoon Iam going to pick up two covers for the mattresses which bought for the sun loungers. They are being made by a firm who normally
make tarpaulins. Have had to wait a few weeks for them as they are that busy. Will be able to hang them in the gagrage.

THere has been rain in the night and some blue sky earlier. But now it is just grey clouds.
THinking of Jo and family

Have a good day everybody.

Afternoon all, it was nice earlier but looks rainy now. Edward went to play golf. I had someone coming to collect a couple of children’s jigsaws I had on a Freecycle FB page, it turned out I knew her so we had a chat. Then I had to do some detective work - our extractor fan is not working so I phoned the manufacturer. We have it 8 years, and he asked me for the model number which I couldn’t see on it, so I said I would call back. I still had emails from the kitchen designer and one of them told us where to go to buy cooker/hob/fan so I looked them up. Thankfully they are still in business, phoned them and got a really helpful man who looked up his records and told me what bits to take off the fan to find the model sticker. I did that, WhatsApped it to him and he rang me back. He said it would not be worth repairing as for about another €50 on the call-out fee, we could get a new one. He told me of a fairly local place to get it and gave me the name of his contact there. Our printer is not recognising the Wi-Fi so that’s a job for Edward when he gets home. Now I’m going to make a batch of soup, the first of the season.

Thoughts are with Jo and her family.
