Jan, just go to My Computer / Win Explorer. Right click on the C drive then Properties then the Disk Clean-up button then the Clean-up system files button. Tick what you like and off you go.

Super easy and 30 seconds at most.

Let it run and it will clean out the crap in the background as you still play.

My version removes opening Explorer, right clicking, and selecting the Disk Clean-up button... It is more geeky though and you do need to type a few letters....

Slightly different words and stuff, but it's super whizzy now.
