Good morning Saturday

Postby Ally » 06 Aug 2022, 04:23

Good morning.

A beautiful day forecast. 8-)

Craig and I are off to the Peak District for another yomperoony. :cute:

He's worked out a route that's about 24km.
We'll be ready for a pub meal after that.

Out tonight to his local for a few beers. :D

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Mottled sky this morning, but the sun will be out soon 8-)

Have a great yomp Ally :D

Not a lot going on here today. More plants to put into larger one's and a couple of them haven't taken, so will put more in

Down the bar this afternoon, will do the recycling and check the post whilst we're there.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning Ally and Jan.... and the latecomers.

A yomp sounds good, not so the planting.

I have already been out and done a shop, so a bit of a cookathon is on the cards. ;)

Also it is time for a car wash and valet when it cools down. The Poles do a great job on a wash 'n wax with full valet for £15, and you get a free coffee whilst it is being done. :D :D :D

Morning all.
A bit cloudy here.
MrsC and I are going out for lunch today, then this evening we are meeting friends at the local pub. So I'm looking forward to that.
Our car could do with a wash too, I'll have to get that seen to.
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all :D

Hot and sunny 8-)

Enjoy the yomp Ally.
A trip to the bar sounds a good idea Jan.
Wish I could summon the energy for a cookathon WM.
Lunch out and a trip to the pub this evening sounds fun Crommers.

Not much planned today, will probably relax in the garden for most of the day.

Stay cool and have a good day xx

Afternoon all, it was a gorgeous morning but has clouded over now, still nice though. I sat out in the sun reading this morning until it got too hot. When I came in I finished off the remaining ironing, while Edward was busy in the kitchen - someone gave him a nice bag of apples the other day, so he made a nice apple tart to bring to Wicklow tomorrow, and also juice to make apple jelly. The only other thing to be done is throw some stuff in a bag for tomorrow’s overnight in Wicklow. Otherwise it’s back to my book as Edward is now watching football - is it my imagination or does the season start earlier every year
