I'm not a huge fan but watched the last half hour earlier.

What a lovely acceptance speech from Djokovic, the man is pure class. And when he said 'oh there's my daughter' and she smiled and gave him a little wave, my heart melted.

I also only watched the last few sets and his speech.

It was so honest, funny at times, and at times Humble that he had managed to win.
Also he took the cup round the court so the spectators could photograph him with it. No sign of rushing to get off the court and be with his family.
An emotional ending.

I caught it briefly after the match, just before he went out onto the balcony. He chatted with Kate, and then leant down and handed the trophy solemnly to Prince George before shaking his hand. A class act!
