Good Morning Friday

Postby JanB » 08 Jul 2022, 06:57

Morning everyone

#Warm already and is only getting hotter 8-)

I-ll waft the duster around this morning, clean the bathroom and mop and vacuum the floors, but that-s my lot. A lick and a promise this week.

Pool, book, pool.

That's my plan for today and the next few days

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s overcast here, our summer seemed to last just one day  I’m fairly up to date with h/work so will take it easy today. Edward is playing golf later and we will go dancing this evening.

That’s great Saundra, we’re lost without our tellies, aren’t we.

Morning all :D

Lovely sunshine here 8-)

What a nice neighbour to cut your lawn and fix the tv Saundra. We'd be lost without ours.

It's washing day here, goodness knows why there's so much, it's only the two of us :o Expecting a Sainsbury's order later this afternoon, struggled to get the order up to £40 this week. I tend to buy the fresh salad stuff from M&S so while the weather's like this I'll be stocking up on household/laundry items, not really a problem it will all get used.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Well it is roasting here.Sat under the brolly here but no snoozing for me,we have 3 Spitfires at the local airfield today, unusual for 3at the same time ! The airfield is about quarter of a mile in a,straight line away.
2 are two sweaters the other is single seater.

You can have a trip in the 2_seater if you have, £2750_to spare!

One has just flown over me and I can hear another getting ready for take off, never seem to be short of paying customers.

Love the sound that Merlin engine

Evening everyone :)

Sorry to be a late show, but I've been out all day. First to the hairdressers, then caught a bus into town, and was having a cuppa in M&S when Em pinged to ask if I fancied a trip out to Cirencester, as her shoes were ready to collect from Moshulu - they had to order in her size. She picked me up in her Mini and off we went :)

Believe it or not, after almost 13 years in Gloucester I had never been! It was a lovely afternoon, and in the way back we stopped at Winborne to let Em's daughter's horses, who are kept up there! Wow, what a beautiful view those horses have, never been jealous of a horse before

Got back here at 4ish, then M and I popped round to see D as I hadn't managed to get up there. I need to update Uncle Bill's thread on Health, and also start a thread on Pets about Fraggle.......

Have a good evening everyone :) xxx

Cirencester is a lovely town, I lived there, very briefly, before I met Grumpy.
